Green leafy vegetable suggestion

I was wondering, when are you planning to test leafy greens?

I just wanted to suggest that you pick a vegetable with greatest susceptibility (i.e., large surface area, where all leaves are exposed, such as spinach), as opposed to something like lettuce (where the inner leaves are not exposed). It would be good to know the worst case scenario.

I've been eating my veggies these days very half-heartedly, and eagerly await your results.

Thanks again for your team's tireless efforts!

We are testing spinach,

We are testing spinach, which tends to be high uptake relative to other vegetables. Given the amounts we saw in rain, we will most likely see a comparable amount in spinach. We are starting to test local spinach tomorrow. Results will hopefully be up by Friday or this weekend. I would be surprised if we did not see something.

wash them w

I have read advice to wash vegetables in water with baking soda. Supposedly washes off radioactive particles. ??
