Would I be way off in saying that the 3 oil refinery's and tank farms in the North Bay pose a much greater health risk than this nuclear fallout? The Evergreen refinery (oxymoron alert) had a fire yesterday and one of the neighbors mentioned she smells them all the time and gets headaches from them.

i.e. if all the leaking radiation stopped tomorrow. But what about cumulative fallout levels if those plants keep hemorrhaging for months???

There's actual 6 oil refineries around the SF Bay Area and some have been there for over 100 years! So they have their own cumulative effect I would say.
