Produce testing

Someone else brought this up and I wanted to start a separate thread to see if UCB can help facilitate testing. Shall those of us who'd like to fund and spearhead this effort band together now?

I'd be interested. It's easy for me and my kid to avoid milk (we drink soy milk), but green leafy veggies would be hard to substitute and I've read they are more likely to contain fallout contaminants for whatever reason. Does anyone know of a list of which vegetables are most likely to contain fallout contaminants?
