Groups like Idealist.ws and Llrc.org

Both sites have been sounding disturbing alarms about trace amounts of radiation, namely concerns about Plutonium Oxides. There are also claims about monitors being broken, mismanaged, and mishandled. Of course one of their greatest claims is that there is no safe dose of radiation which does seem to ignore that radiation is much more present naturally than most would like.

What would you guys say about these groups? What about their sources?
