When will you get a chance to measure tap water?

It seems that it is completely unclear what percentage of rain water made it into our tap water supply in Berkeley. Could it be 1%, 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or anything else? It seems nobody knows.

So I wanted to ask when you guys are going to get a chance to do a measurement of tap water? If we can help mobilize funds for it please let us know. Thanks!
