The result graphs' X-axis is indicating "hours since reactor shutdown". What is this reference date/time?

We are using 3/11/2011 05:46 UTC, which is when the earthquake occurred and the reactors were scrammed (shut off).

The actual dates and times of the measurements are also listed in the table below the plots for reference.

There was an error in the time we used for calculation, so the reference value for the plots currently shown on the website is 3/11/2011 8:46pm PST which is incorrect. The correct time is 3/10/2011 10:46pm PST. Our next plots will be updated to reflect this.
