A Teacher Workshop for Science Educators, Grades 9-12

Funding
for the workshop is provided in part by a grant to ANS from the U.S.
Department of Energy, Office of Nuclear Science and Technology, and
through individual and organizational contributions to ANS
PEP, ANS-NCS,
and NCCHPS. The
UC Berkeley, Nuclear Engineering Department, generously provided facilities
for the event. This site is provided as a resource to Science Teachers.
It was developed for attendees of two science teacher workshops. These
workshops are currently supported by the American Nuclear Society and
the Health Physics Society, which are both not-for-profit, international,
scientific and educational organizations.
