Me, in brief: I am a Nuclear Engineering graduate student at the University of California at Berkeley. My field of specialization is Computational Neutronics and Particle Transport Theory. I've completed my Master's Degree and am pursuing my PhD as a fellow in the DOE's Computer Science Graduate Fellowship Program.

I worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory during the summer of 1995. I was coupling together a 2D, general geometry, multi-assembly neutronics code (GTRAN) and a cross section generating burnup code (SCALE). The summer before that, I was at Los Alamos National Laboratory working for the X-6 Division. My assignment was to add cross-section plotting capabilites to the Monte Carlo N-Particle transport code MCNP. The summer before that was spent at Argonne National Laboratory moving mainframe codes onto workstations. While at Berkeley, I am one of the computer systems administrators for the Advanced Nuclear Engineering Computer Laboratory. My other interests are varied and (unless I know you) none of your business.
