Spent Fuel Pools--ongoing interruption of cooling system

ZERO Redundancy

The most recent Fukushima cooling failure, again highlights the complete absence of redundancy.

Reportedly, a single mouse straddled two conductors in a distribution switchboard, and SEVERAL CRITICAL cooling systems died like a dog.

A Mickey Mouse Fault

Commercial NPP design again appears to be absent redundancy.

N + 1 redundancy is inadequate for critical applications.

This cooling system was/is N + 0

More crapola engineering in a DANGEROUS and UNSTABLE environment.

That is JUST NOT going to 'cut the mustard'.

Gross Negligence

There is a lonstanding and ongoing TOTAL LACK of professionalism in the Fukushima Daiichi plant design and operational procedures.

Perhaps it would help if the former TEPCO Board of Directors, were dragged into the street and WHIPPED like rented mules.

Those guys are TOTAL LOSERS.

ZERO Redundancy --- sheeesh .... utterly unbelievable!

The TEPCO engineering manager AND the Japan government regulator that approved this NON-REDUNDANT cooling scheme; should return their engineering stamps to the Cracker Jack box they found them in.
