SoCal got the worst of initial fallout from Fukushima? Further soil testing necessary

USGS report on rainwater samples suggests the worst fallout may have hit southern california. A year after Fukushima, it seems further testing is needed of soils throughout the agricultural areas of the west coast, Southern California in particular. History shows that fallout often turns out to be far worse than early measurements suggests.
