Radiation Levels in Young Thai Coconuts
Is there any data showing the level of radiation in young Thai coconuts harvested this year. Best guess estimate for when they will be safe if not already?
We appreciate any information pertaining to the safety of Thai coconuts.

I have been trying to find out about this as well. My family used to use a lot of coconut oil and I want to add it back into our diet, but most brands are from the Philippines and none have done testing (I've asked Nutiva, my favorite brand, and a few others). Dr. Bronner's is from Sri Lanka which is further away from Japan, so that's the brand I'm planning on trying, even though it's pretty pricey at Mollie Stone's (the only place I've seen it) and only available in small jars. It would be awesome if someone could get more concrete results. I know that I read somewhere that after atmospheric weapons testing, coconuts were contaminated for years afterward. :-(

All emissions from Fukushima were blown Eastward and did not come within a 1000 miles of Thailand. Why are you concerned about coconuts? It makes no sense to me. Are you trying to create fear and hysteria?

Did the earthquake, tsunami and atomic explosion in Fuk-3, somehow move Tokyo EAST of Fukushima? Well, then HOW did Tokyo become contaminated by radioactive fallout?
The READERS will recall that during the multiple meltdowns and multiple explosion, the global winds aloft patterns were broadcast 24/7. The ACTUAL winds in Japan during mid-March 2011 circled the compass.
All of Honshu Island got a 'heck-of-a' (radionuclide) dusting from Fukushima; particularly Fuk-3.
Fuk-3 ATOMIC BLASTED 'hot' debris to +/- ~> Flight Level 60 and then it wafted into the Jet Stream.

What is the purpose for such a silly statement?
The ACTUAL winds aloft over Honshu during the big radioactive releases were clockwise. This resulted in a thorough dusting over the entire Japanese main Island (Honshu).

If memory serves, the winds aloft were to the North X Northeast, at the time of the Fukushima-3 Atomic Blast. The Fukushima evacuation highway route, was directly in the path of the WORST of the WORST. The evacuees got dusted with serious levels of Plutonium, Uranium, Americium, Cesium, Iodine, Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Neutron radiation.
The Fukushima refugees got bombed a lot like the Iraqi Army northward retreat from Kuwait City in Gulf War 1. But this was an innocent civilian population and they received a mutagenic bombing.
Now their ancestral/genetic ties to the past and their ancesters and ancestral homeland are broken. They are now genetically damaged sons and daughters of the Fukushima explosions.

Coconuts
Personally I would try to get the coconuts that are from S. America.
I read somewhere that coconuts accumulate radiation, but you should look that up yourself cause I don't have the "details" for you on that.
I am a coconut lover myself and have been getting mine from S. America.
