The authorities keep saying 'don't worry' because Fukushima is a long way away. Lets remember that we have 50+ of the same GE Reactor types here in the US and no more control over nature that Japan had. Just imagine what it would be like here if and when one of these GE reactors gets taken out by some extreme weather event.

Hmmm appears tepco is working on that structure hence the giant crane .with that said it could have collapsed but I have no idea .when I read those links U provided which I do I keep in mind that enenews is a propaganda site .yes emphasis added .Fukushima diary seems a better source if you want facts not emphasis added headlines .
