Carrots & Cesium grown in CALIFORNIA

It appears to be buried somewhere. I have a simple question, if I or the children drink an organic Carrot juice from the Bakersfield California area what are the odds that it contains Cesium? We have some on hand and the expiration date is here and should I throw it away or what?
$ is VERY TIGHT or otherwise I wouldn't bother you folks with this can't truly afford to waste food items that may be sound.

if it's been processed into a drink, the carrots have likely been washed and/or blanched in hot water first. If it's about to expire wouldn't that mean it likely has been manufactured with carrots pre fuk? Bolthouse farms? I would drink it, and not even worry about it.
