Course Description
- This seminar introduces the program in Computational Engineering
Science, a multidisciplinary field linking together elements of
biology, chemistry, applied mathematics, physics, and all areas
of engineering. The course includes a series of lectures and guest
speakers with topics ranging from multidisciplinary real-world
projects to introductions to modeling and simulation.
Course Assignments and Grading
- Small projects illustrate the progression
from problem definition to modeling to simulation to interpretation
