Title:  UPDATE on CLIMATE CHANGE and NUCLEAR ENERGY

Abstract

Doctor Maccabee will review the scientific and public events relating to climate change since his critique of the anthropogenic hypothesis of global warming in early 2007. These include the Summary for Policymakers of the (U.N.) IPCC., the Nobel Prize awards to the IPCC and Al Gore, and the publications of “The Chilling Stars”, a new theory of climate change, by Svensmark and Calder.
“The Bottomless Well” by Peter Huber and Mark Mills, and “Power to Save the World”, “The Truth about Nuclear Energy” by Gwyneth Cravens, will also be considered. He will also discuss the health benefits of moderate climate warming, as documented by Bjorn Lomborg in “Cool It”.
